Organic wine by Sophie Germanier Shiraz Mourvedre Viognier 2021
This beautiful Rhone inspired blend presents floral aromas with black and white pepper notes on the nose. Flavours of decadently rich black plum, violet and maraschino cherries with notes of salami sausage that brings a savoury edge to this otherwise soft juicy drop.
This wine is full bodied and richly textured with an all-round balance. It compliments the pairing with a wild mushroom risotto or low braised and stewed meats like veal and lamb.
Organic wine by Sophie Germanier Chardonnay 2021
The nose presents aromas of lemon peel, brioche and butter with hints of wet stones. Flavours of citrus and brioche follow on the palate accompanied by a nice acidity and creamy palate following through towards the end. This wine has good texture with an all-round balance.
It pairs well with spaghetti aglio e olio, sustainable seafood, free range chicken and dishes that include polenta.
Sophie Germanier Organic Wines are organically certified which means, no pesticides, synthetic fertilizers and herbicides are used in the vineyards. It is also vegan certified and created with the environment and its inhabitants in mind. This means that every detail from light weight bottles to reduce carbon emissions during transportation to fair
labour practices is considered.
