Full Tour Description

Get into the essence of Africa as you embark on an ungettable morning game drive through a magnificent, thriving and well-loved animal sanctuary. Spot Springbok, Kudu, Giraffe, Bontebok, Eland, Gemsbok, Black Wildebeest, Bush Pig, Burchell's Zebra, Common Duiker, Steenbuck and Grysbok on your wildlife adventure.

After the game drives adventure you'll be spoilt with breakfast bubbly outside under the shade of some very old oak trees. These award-winning bubbles are paired to perfection with morish handcrafted chocolate at Stellenbosch's renowned Methode Cap Classique wine estate Villiera.

South Africans will all agree that their favourite braai snack is without a doubt the braai broodjie (grilled cheese sandwiches cooked on outdoor flames). Get a gourmet version of this local offering paired with delicious wines at the second wine estate stop of the day.

Lunch is local traditional Afrikaans food cooked in flames made with flare. The food is devilishly delicious and is paired with fantastic South African hospitality. Feast on chops, boerewors and chicken sosaties cooked to perfection end off with the wine farms homemade pâté and pumpkin fritters.

Start the end at one of Stellenbosches oldest estates. Make sure you still have some tummy room left and are ready to explore a feast of South Africa’s favourite belly-warming dishes the ‘Bunny Chow”. The Bunny Chow is freshly baked bread dish stuffed with curry (Think Butter Chicken paired with Sauvignon Blanc & Springbok curry paired with Shiraz). The pairing ends with a delicious chocolate chip Bunny Chow dessert paired with Cape Zinfandel Port.
