Start your morning at one of Constantia most historic estates that was established in 1682 and be submerged in its modern architecture and luxurious interior, whilst relaxing on the outdoor terrace with views of infinity pools and reflective water features set before some of the most remarkable scenery or a warm blazing fire while you take in their memorable array of outstanding wines. Thus wine estate produces of the top Methode Cap Classiques in South Africa and a glass of bubbles is always the finest way to start any morning. 

 

Next stop is a charming boutique winery, enjoy your tasting in their private garden next to a happy stream surrounded by lush forest greenery on in their newly renovated tasting deck or lush emerald green lawns ~ if peckish snack on an antipasto platter or enjoy a bowl of belly-warming soup. This winery produces some outstanding Shiraz and Merlot and some smashable sun fun Rosé.  

 

Have alfresco vineyard lunch on the veranda our personal favourites estates. As you get lost in the rolling views appease your appetite with their tasty flammkuchen and irresistible platters ~ paired with some gorgeous Bordeaux style wines.

   

End the day off at a boutique wine farm in their modern glass tasting room situated high up on Constantia Nek overlooking the Constantia wine region.
