Lemon tea simple syrup:
Half a cup sugar
Half a cup water
1 Lemon tea bag
In a pot dissolve the sugar and water, when almost boiling remove from stove and add tea bag.
Remove the tea bag after 15min and place your simple syrup in fridge to get cold. Once your syrup is no longer warm it's time to make your Gin Sour or cocktail.
