Celebrate Halloween with this Spooctacular Sangria Recipe from Backsberg

 For the potion: . -bottle of Backsberg Merlot (750ml)🍷 1/2 Cup of Sydney Back Brandy 🥃
 
 400ml ginger ale
 
 1/2 orange juice 🍊
 
 1/2 cup spiced ’simple syrup
 
 How to brew the darkesss:
 
 1.start off by creating your own ’simple syrup’. Boil 2 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, nutmeg, ginger (or any other spices you desire). Allow to cool. .
 
 2.once cool to touch, squeeze in the juice of half a lemon 🍋.
 
 3. As soon as the simple syrup has cooled completely, measure and add all remaining ingredients. Stir with finesse.
 
 4. Chill for 2-4 hours and garnish with Apple or orange slice and any Spootacular goodie you see fit.
 
 5 Sip, swirl and enjoy the most delectable horrific Sangria you’ll ever encounter. Boo...I mean cheers .
